語言是人跟人之間最重要的溝通工具，也是連接地球村最重要的橋樑。

當問到許多語言學習者覺得學語言最難的部份是什麼，得到的答案超過90%是「口語」。再進一步問口語到底是怎麼不好，多數人自己也模糊不清差異，直接一點說就是「在許多日常生活情況下無法自在地表達」。

萊恩菲爾生活美語文創互動課程的教學經驗是將口語共分為三塊：

情境式口語 / 思辨式口語 / 描述式口語

從日常生活的表達、大量生活對應 Q&A 搭配上自然發音以及語調，活化本身的溝通基礎不是什麼困難的事情 ;-）

萊恩菲爾強調人與人之間最重要的溝通技巧，也就是聽說問答Q&A為主軸，尤其是孩子問問題/反問的能力。
